Residential vs. Commercial
Residential moves are priced hourly and built around your day. Commercial moves are usually scheduled after hours or on weekends and priced as a flat project rate, with IT and signage coordination built in.

Yes, most moves combine two or three services (packing, moving, short-term storage) into one booking, and we quote the whole job together so nothing gets billed twice.
No, many clients hand off keys and a walkthrough at the start and leave the crew to it, especially for office and commercial moves. We’ll text updates and call if anything needs a decision.
